2/2 U tell me I cld try another store in B’ham or Coventry! I e- mail yr customer service to complain- 2 e-mail & a week later not a word from them! Do u actually care about yr customers? I call yr store - phone just rings out & eventually cuts the call off!! Do u care?

@Trespass so I come into store to get refund, you tell me you can’t process refunds as u have no interest. Tell me I can go to Resorts World. I go to RW .. store has shut down! New store not opened! I come back to u a week later in Solihull & u tell me your tills not working! 1/2

@MartinSLewis I find it so odd that since I downsized, mortgage free, not a penny of debt to anyone .. my credit score has gone down!!! Seems they like you to have debt/loans, HP etc so that they can measure your reliability to make timely payments!
