“It’s no secret that the Queer community is facing hostility and external pressure on many levels. There’s harmful rhetoric. The threat of budget cuts to essential services. The push for policies that not only dismiss but attempt to erase trans people. This discourse does not serve the greater good, it fuels broader hate and discrimination.” https://t.co/0hPIR1ETnL
“May Pride give you joy. May Pride give you a space to exist authentically. May Pride keep you, and anyone else struggling, alive. We’re so glad you’re here.” https://t.co/pBLeEE85Wo
Happy Pentecost Sunday!
“On the day of Pentecost, God placed his kingdom in the midst of humanity and the kingdom of God has to be built on Earth.”
~St Oscar Romero

With Pentecost we sought to represent the community of saints throughout time and place. All people, welcome, seated together around the table, the eucharist and Mary the Mother of God at the center. The Holy Spirit in the form of a dove lighting the fire above the heads of those below.

🙏🏾 #Pray for #peace for all bodies,
Bodies ravaged by legislation, stigmatized for size, shape, color & experiences.

On Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the lives lost and celebrate the resilience of those who continue to create spaces where trans identities can thrive, even in the face of adversity.
NAMI is here to support the trans community today and every day because mental health is for everyone.
