I didn't write a single PowerShell command myself. Hermes wrote them, ran them, and stopped me before anything risky. 12 cleanups, all transparent.

🚀 From 22 GB to 106 GB free in one session. +84 GB recovered.

My C: drive was at 95.3% full. Critical. I had minutes to act.

I opened Hermes Agent by @NousResearch and asked it to free up space.

What happened next blew my mind:

✅ It diagnosed the entire disk in stages — not a single timeout
✅ It identified the worst offenders: CapCut (11 versions!), bloated Docker VHDX, .gradle cache, 16 GB of old installers in Downloads
✅ It wrote safe, targeted PowerShell scripts for each cleanup phase
✅ It asked for confirmation before every destructive action — never destroyed my personal files
✅ It adapted when one cleanup yielded nothing (DISM), and kept going

The result:

22.36 GB → 106.35 GB free (77.7% full)
Multiplied free space by 4.75×
Recovered +83.99 GB total
All without losing a single project, photo, or config
The killer features:

Bounded-depth recursive scans (no more "command timed out")
Dry-run before every delete
Smart prioritization (biggest wins first, lowest risk first)
Explained everything in plain language with file/folder context
Hermes Agent isn't a chatbot. It's a systems engineer in a terminal.
