@YTGBobZ @seetickets They tweeted saying don't pay over face value, then their official ticket seller started touting the last tickets available at more than double their FV. Joke mate
@YTGBobZ @seetickets Nah, we wasted about 10 hours of our day on it. Had a few close calls, got booted off when nr.1 in the queue, another time we got lashed back in to the lobby to queue again just as we got in to the ticket selection bit. A complete shit show mate
How about you?
I've just realised we get to knock United out of a cup at Old Trafford on Paddy's day in Klopp's last season, having knocked them out of a cup on Paddy's day in his first season. It's not a Ken and Deirdre getting married level omen, but I'll take it!
@HenryJackson87 Milner has been playing top flight football for over 20 years and has won everything in that time. He only starts the odd game now but is by all accounts an absolute model pro in training. He's worth an extension just for the example he sets to the younger players coming through
The paradox of Pep;
At Barca;
"He didn't inherit a generational group of players. It was his brilliance that made them into that team!"
Since Barca;
"He can't be expected to nurture young players. The Β£1.5b he's spent isn't enough, he needs another Β£300m to improve the squad!"
@seandoc95@Ali_ib01@bawuro24 @benchowdhury @TikiTakaConnor@sportbible That's fair enough. I think Thiago personally, but I understand why others would dissagree. Both world class in their own right. It's the Barca criticism I don't get. To play so many games in that team, at that age was exceptional. Pep taking him to Bayern shows what he thought
@seandoc95@Ali_ib01@bawuro24 @benchowdhury @TikiTakaConnor@sportbible You said he only beat 10 starts at Barca once. I showed you that he started 52 games in his last 2 seasons there. So you're saying the games he started only count if it's a title winning season? Cesc was 25/26, Thiago was 20/21 it's hardly surprising he played more than him then
@seandoc95@Ali_ib01@bawuro24 @benchowdhury @TikiTakaConnor@sportbible Wait, so you're saying that an 18/19 year old Thiago was hardly playing for a Barcelona team that had prime Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, Mascherano and Busquets in their squad? In 2012/13, a 21 year old Thiago played 32 games. Yeah you're right, he's clearly absolutely shite isn't he
