If you want to start a new #writingroutine make a commitment to do it every day.
Even if you write just a sentence and spend 5 minutes doing it, it’s still better than doing nothing.
This 🔋 will help start you off in the right direction.
My thought on writer's block is it's actually too many ideas trying to get through rather than none.
More like a bottleneck in the highway, and not an abandoned road.
Wow! In one scroll of my feed, I saw no less than 11 accounts I don't follow, with the same exact post of, "are there still writers and authors?"
How unfortunate. Gotta love the Mute option
Other than having a genuine need to be creative, do you find there's a much deeper 'why' for the stories you write and the world's you build as an author?
I saw a video of a guy reviewing and sharing his must read books so far this year.
And I have to say most of them I had never heard of. Which is why I look at those videos, to kind of get recommendations or at least to get names and titles, so I can look into them myself.
I had to laugh because he revealed the entire story of each of the books. From the opening, to the twists, to the end, he didn't spare anything.
So, a big thank you goes out to him for saving me research time, reading time, and of course money 🤣🤣
But in all seriousness, I don't like reviews that reveal so much. How about you? 🤔📚

Changes to the interior may also help. Especially scenes or plot points that may be unclear.
Just keep in mind if more than 10% (approx.) of the story is changed, added to, or removed that creates the need to release a new edition.
