@AAAFlorida And I’m sorry about your customer service. One of your agents in Pontiac MI called my wife — AT 3 AM THIS MORNING — asking if we still needed a tow. We instead hired a company that got our car to the dealer in 45 minutes. ✅

If you need a tow, don’t bother with @AAAFlorida. Please save yourself the frustration and call a private operator. I’m a 32-year member trying to get a tow truck for my disabled car for TWO DAYS. AAA can’t find a provider. Not renewing. Plenty of other roadside options. 🤷🏻‍♂️
