Yes there's disappointments, what sport does that never happen in? But there's also been a lot of good high quality performances that hasn't provided a medal.

@glblathletichub I'm still not sure this is the full list. An athlete who is still not appearing has told me they're definitely going and had submitted within deadline. So it might yet be further updated. That's not to say all those missing names are going to suddenly appear.

What I love about this book by @Nigella_Lawson is that when you read it, you find additional recipes on top of the listed ones. I made the gochujang pork noodles. Amazing. I hope a new book is on its way
