78-87 😂

#10pscore 32920 Petal Shrug. One of the few arcade games outside of the golden age 79-87 that can be considered a classic. Beautiful to look at, great sense of humour, fantastic game design and very addictive. Score updates on sidekick.

@Berserkerzoid As mentioned already I think as a kid we played as many different games as we could.
I certainly did. YouTube and strategywiki help me now. I got a good score on pirate ship higemaru finding the secret bonuses from strategywiki although I notice I am still way behind your score😂

#10pscore Galaga 45800. Classic game. One of the prettiest. So famous that even none gamers have heard of it alongside pac man and space invaders. It was even mentioned in a marvel movie. Not had much chance to play but the scores look very good this month.

#10pscore Pop flamer 16500. What a great photo, my tribute to the 1978 Superman credits. This is my type of game but I can’t get a decent score so far. Updates on sidekick.

@ShaunHolley Salamander 299700 Salutations! I was salivating as I sallied forth in Salford firing my salvoes, salvaging power ups. Salutary lessons learned as I sought salvation.
Salute to Vic!

In other words I love this one.
Score updates on Sidekick.

@ShaunHolley
I spent ages on my rhymes for Salamander high score challenge and you didn’t read it out 😂.
I think I have had enough of Bongo now!

[Jason Barber @JayPing]

#10pscore 17770 Congo Bongo. Played this too longo, it’s starting to pongo. It’s ok but not really a fan of these pseudo 3d games. Looking forward to the next game.

[Jason Barber @JayPing]

#10pscore A bit off topic but this made me laugh on sidekick. There is one game where I am only 7k behind so it’s possible for my score to double! 😂

[Jason Barber @JayPing]

@Berserkerzoid Yeah it does seem hard early.
I got to the flames level but just get wiped out by the flames. Only reached once but doesn’t seem to be a warning.

@ShaunHolley @tenpencearcade I totally agree, the original is the best. Worth a try but it didn’t work. Have a great Christmas.

#10pscore Prehistoric Isle 2 108540.
Graphics were probably amazing in 2000. Looks nice but there were better games 20 years before this.
No wonder they are extinct.

[Jason Barber @JayPing]

@r_rygar Great score. You have put 19pscore! Best to change in case Mr Holly misses?

[Jason Barber @JayPing]

#10pscore 104800 Doggy bag. Very polished game as usual from toaplan. I will have a few more games if I can find some time.
