This may seem strange to many people but it’s a legit freestyle wrestling move often used in high school and college wrestling. It’s called a “Spladle”… Very effective for pinning when executed correctly as it normally puts both of the opponent’s shoulders on the mat. However this guy is taking a different approach and using it as a submission rather than a pin move since pinning isn’t relevant in MMA style fighting.

Perfectly legal, perfectly legit. I wrestled in high school and I have been on both the giving and receiving end of this maneuver.

For those of you commenting on how “flexible” this guy is… well actually he ISN’T that flexible which is why it hurts so much and why it’s such an effective submission move.

But in the end, the thing that gets hurt mostly is your pride, lol

I give the guy props for getting out of it though. Usually when someone gets caught in a Spladle, it’s GAME OVER!… So I’m very impressed that he got loose from it.

Not really the “gotcha” you might think it is… First off, I’m saying this as a conservative Trump supporter who loves your content!… But this one is a swing and a miss. The point of the “No kings” protest was the assertion that Trump was behaving like a dictator… But “King” Charles is no dictator… In fact he has no real authority at all. Britain still honors the Royal bloodline even though they haven’t been in power for many years…. Charles is a King in name only… That dog has no teeth.

If someone had already made two attempts on your life and then a 3rd attempt involved your spouse being in the line of fire… Would you find it okay if someone jerk-off made light of that?
