My phone started losing connection about 6 weeks ago. Samsung has continually offered no solutions and given me a runaround.

After exhausting all troubleshooting methods on the website, I contacted Samsung

At this point my only options are to A. Go without a phone for 2 months or B. Buy a new phone, even though mine is 10 months old and under warranty. @SamsungMobileUS could send me a replacement phone and they refuse. Do the right thing
