Admins, utilize the instructional coaches in your building to work in partnership with teachers. This is when culture begins to change because it encourages a growth mindset mentality. Instructional coaches are think partners, not admin. assistants. Value their role and protect their time. Teachers deserve it. #multiplyexcellence
