Unacceptable customer service, @ATT - I’ve sunk close to 20 hours into setting up this plan with you. @TMobile or @Verizon, are you able to help us out of this awful arrangement? There are four of us who just want an easy customer service experience with affordable phones/plans.
Just spoke to @ATT and they said that even though they screwed up my account and credit, they’re unwilling to support me with a promotional credit to purchase my son’s first phone. “Wait three months and see if you’re eligible for the discount then.”
@ATT...I expect someone to reach out to me, or I will reach out to @TMobile, which has already attempted to lure us back by paying-off these expenses and undercutting your unlimited elite plan.
@ATT My sister, husband, and I have been loyal @TMobile customers for 18 years; when our contract expired, we explored other carriers and were impressed by your price and offerings. We made the leap, and have been in a time-sucking, aggravating nightmare since.
@ATT...I’ve spent 15 hours on the phone or in a store, dealing with this problem. Given the hours of time I’ve sunk into this process, I want the issue resolved and I want to be appropriately compensated for my time and energy.
