You’re entitlement and lack of understanding of how markets work is seething through this post. Of course there are people who are going to be “going negative” on a house they bough and paid for.

Housing is no different than any other market; some people overpay, some people underpay. The only difference with housing is it’s expensive, illiquid, and most of the value is appreciated through inflation, not real value.
