@steffettie I’ve met people like Jax, I’ve been Jax. My best friend literally told me how happy I make him, and that I’m like his sister, I cried. I don’t think Jax is a lost cause, he’s still trying and the circus won’t leave him behind.
as someone who hasn’t watched evangelion or its endings but recognise tadc takes inspiration from it, i saw someome say if abstractions were reversible and Jax were the one to prove it that’d align with the show and i want someone to fact check that pls bc i just read this
@UselessVoid As much as I wanted to see Jax, maybe a bit abstracted, but okay; I think it’s important to understand that even though he abstracted, the circus is still making him comfortable, and supporting him. I saw it more as he’s in a coma, figuring out himself until he’s ready
@VituTakasu I always thought it was him being in touch with his emotions that he saw as “feminine.” Something he believed he couldn’t do especially since his mother kept putting him down. But of anything, I always like the headcannon that Jax was ftm.
@jamiezstarlet Okay, but I still don’t believe that it is too late for Jax. And the circus doesn’t give up on him either. So yeah, even with what happened with Jax, I still have hope for him.
@misfitjax I remember being houseless for three days. My parents took my keys and told me to leave. So I did. The only time my mom called me was to berate me. Didn’t ask if I was okay, didn’t say sorry. I still have hope for Jax. Even if he’s Abstracted. Because I’ve been Jax, I have hope
@TheFreshKnight1 I liked the ending. There was one thing I didn’t like but I’m not complaining. I cried. It was a fun time and my theatre was very respectful
@glitch_prod I watched the movie with a couple of my friends, and it really was a good movie. There was one thing I wanted to happen, but that’s a me thing. Gooseworx did so good! Such a fun movie. My whole theatre was laughing.
