Bought an AC on 17 Apr. Got a tampered box, NO remote, NO warranty card & an OLD unit. Install delayed till 23rd, then your “engineers” REFUSED install it just ’cause I live on 6th floor? Pathetic. This isn’t service it’s daylight fraud. Fix this mess ASAP.
