I like talking product management. Check out my book Product Protégé Guide: The Art of Product Management for ECommerce and beyond available on Amazon.
There are 2 ways to reduce calls to a retail store. Either have an incredible website or have an incredible call to store experience with actual humans who can solve your problem.
@Macys went with Option 3: make the phone tree so excruciating that i just give up and accept defeat
@craiganthony_x @tferriss Happy to be one of these people? I’m normal yet somewhat interesting enough to fill an hour. Can talk digital product management, writing music, and smoking meat

"The courage to start.
The discipline to focus.
The confidence to figure it out.
The patience to know progress is not always visible.
The persistence to keep going, even on the bad days.
That's the formula."

@DavidSacks i disagree w @Jason , when you write the book- focus on the fundamentals and create a guide that is more tactical and actionable vs high level theory or a story about your life experiences. Broad examples are fine to illustrate - but keep it timeless
@elonmusk just bought a 2023 model Y. 6 years of saving, watching every video on releases, features, and reviews- and it’s finally gonna happen. Thanks!
@patagonia best way to get chicken noodle soup stain out of nano puff jacket? Long story but chick fil a employees don’t know how to bag soup and my jacket got caught in the chaotic post drive through soup situation #itseverywhere :/
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir a hotel was given to us after 6 hours of delaying. You don’t care about your customers- i asked for this 4 hours ago, but you kept us at the airport waiting when YOU KNEW you wouldn’t get a pilot. I want my money back.
@AmericanAir y’all are literally the worst airline. Flight from Phoenix to ATL delayed with no AC for 1.5 hours only to tell us we can’t leave tonight because we missed our chance. Absolutely garbage. Y’all need to figure out how to run a company.
