@Hermes_Evri different name, still shit. Every package late and broken. No customer service. Rubbish. How many times can we order the same thing if it keeps arriving broken. Looks like the driver kicks it each time.
@SingaporeAir cancelled our flight from AK-Singapore for April, we sent an email to follow up, no response, tried to book flight the next day, all booked, still waiting to see if we get the ยฃ700 extra for new flight waived. Slow process, no communication!
@SingaporeAir Hi, your service rep "Lip" promised he would call us back today, and said on that basis no call reference was necessary or could be provided. He hasn't called, and we are really unhappy. How can we raise a complaint?
@SingaporeAir We wanted to re-book, but couldn't do so online (not an option) so followed the process in the email. We didn't hear anything back, so by the time we got through on the phone, the tickets we wanted were sold out. We have a request pending, but it seems to be going nowhere
@SingaporeAir Apologies, I used the assistance request form as directed, and received an auto confirmation and nothing further. Because of the delay all seats at the same price are gone. I do not think I should have to pay additional for this as I did not cancel, and responded ASAP to you

@MBIEgovtnz we have been emailed about a visa application asking us to call INZ, which we have been trying, but can't get through. Is there an email address or other contact method? We have been given 2 days to respond
@MBIEgovtnz My partner (child's mother) is a UK citizen and needs a visa. We are starting the process, but does she have to have this before I secure a place for us in MIQ?
