BREAKING: Iran declares "The time for negotiations is over, it's time for action. Unless the US meets Iran's demands, the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed indefinitely and no further talks will take place," per Iran's SNSC chief Rezaei to IRIB.
"I advise Trump: Don't waste time, just submit to our demands," he adds.
Saudi is in massive danger.
Yemen is now bombing the hell out of multiple cities across Saudi.
Jeddah, Yanbu, Al Ula and Mushait are on fire.
This is one of the largest missile strikes Yemen has carried out so far.
32 civilians have been killed.
Residential homes and vehicles are also being bombed.
These are retaliatory strikes for the 64 airstrikes carried out yesterday by Saudi and the Saudi backed Yemeni government.
Fresh bombings on Taiz, Lahj, Al Jawf, Marib and Hodeidah have just begun.
The next 24 hours could be devastating for Saudi.
Can an Apple watch detect signs or symptoms of heart attack while running?
❌No, an Apple Watch cannot detect signs or symptoms of an active heart attack (myocardial infarction), especially while running a marathon or half marathon.
An Apple Watch is limited in its diagnostic capabilities during intense physical exertion for several key reasons:
1. Single-Lead Limitation:
Diagnosing a heart attack requires a 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) to view electrical signals from multiple angles across the heart muscle. The ECG app on an Apple Watch operates as a single-lead ECG, which is not clinically capable of detecting ischemia or blocked coronary arteries.
2. Designed for Rhythms, Not Ischemia:
The optical sensors and ECG features are FDA-cleared primarily to detect arrhythmias (irregular rhythms such as Atrial Fibrillation) and monitor high or low heart rates.
Arrhythmias are electrical timing issues, whereas a heart attack is a structural/vascular blood flow blockage.
3. Motion Artifacts During Running:
High-motion environments like running a marathon create significant motion artifacts. The ECG app explicitly requires the wearer to sit completely still to capture an accurate reading.
4. Confounded Heart Rate Data:
During a marathon, a high heart rate is expected. The watch cannot distinguish whether a spiking or abnormal heart rate is caused by physical exertion, dehydration, cardiac strain, or an evolving ischemic event.
✅Key Symptoms to Watch For
Because wearables will not alert to a heart attack, endurance athletes must pay close attention to physical red flags rather than relying on wrist sensors:
1. Chest tightness, pressure, squeezing, or pain
2. Discomfort spreading to the jaw, neck, back, or arms
3. Unexplained shortness of breath out of proportion to exertion
4. Sudden dizziness, lightheadedness, cold sweats, or nausea
