@myntra When will you process the refund on my product? Kabhi bolte he ho return is picked up, then I get a message ki the return is rejected, and the item will be reshipped to me, fir message karte ho ki return was not picked up. CHAHTE KYA HO?? BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

@myntra I have received different replies every time. I can post the screenshots of all the replies. First, I was told that the item had been received and a refund would be issued soon. Then, the item has not passed the quality check and will be re-shipped. Now, another reply.
