Facing serious issues abt service for my JBL soundbar. My service request for product under warranty is not yet attended even after three weeks. It was cancelled without informing me or discussed with me. Getting AI generated response. Utterly pathetic response.

@JBLSoundIn Even after 48 hours after escalating this to your CEO, I am still waiting for a proper reply. All AI generated replies are thrown at me with no concrete solution. Pathetic and unprofessional.
