Spent 1 hour on Monday talking to their customer rep and still issue lingers. Have been chatting with another one today for past 30 minutes and issue still goes on. What's going on?

Few days ago, I had an impression that IRS was difficult to deal with and nothing gets resolved. Now, thanks to @ABNAMRO and their "world-class" banking, they come top on the list for terrible banking experience. On the contrary, IRS is too nice and easier to deal with these days

I have been trying to reach out through phone and email, but instead of doing that, why didn't you just let us know in advance if there was any issue? It's like you think everything is going right and then we have to nudge your "Customer service" department every week hopelessly

@ABNAMRO If you're reading this, I would strongly advise you to improve your customer service and increase the quality of your products. 2 weeks since I opened a joint bank account and no debit cards yet. None of the avenues are of any help and looks like no one cares.
