@Airtel_Presence made the full payment on Saturday for Wi-Fi installation, and the installation was committed for Sunday.
However, it has now been 4 days since the payment, and there is still no installation, no technician visit, and no clear update.

@AmazonHelp Installation follow-up has turned into unnecessary harassment for the consumer. It appears Amazon has no control over third-party installation partners. Once delivery is done, installation seems to become the consumer’s headache, not Amazon’s responsibility. Very poor service
