FLIPKART FAILED TO DELIVER, THEN TOLD ME "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT"

I ordered a product through .@Flipkart .@flipkartsupport yesterday. The delivery executive refused to deliver it yesterday and again refused today. Instead, he told me to collect it from their office.

When we reached the office, they refused to hand over the product and said I would have to come back tomorrow. The staff was rude and told me, "Do whatever you want, even file a case. We still won't deliver it."

To keep proof that we had actually visited their office to collect the product, we started recording a video. One of the staff members grabbed hand and demanded that I delete the video. The way they behaved was completely unacceptable.

And the biggest irony? Flipkart charged me ₹794 in fees, including pickup, payment handling, offer handling, and protection charges. If you can't even deliver the product, why are customers being charged nearly ₹800 in extra fees?

@yabhishekhd So True.. Bought my OnePlus Nord 4 on October 2024 and still working great..as this is only device I own Dual sim with work profile my Battery is down to 94% and getting around 6+hrs of screen on time..the metallic build has sustained a few drops without any dents.. 🫡
