@TVietor08 It's interesting that it specifies $300 billion in "financing." To me that reads as a line of credit, but everyone else seems to read it as direct investment. If I'm right, it's slightly less egregious than we thought... Which means that I'm probably incorrect.

@bendreyfuss Similarly, non-professional diagnosis of other people is basically a way to explain away their decisions that you don't agree with. But those people usually aren't mentally ill. They're just assholes. And sometimes those assholes are on your side, whether you like it or not.

@bendreyfuss Mental illness self-diagnosis feels like an extension of the locus of control theory. It's a weird way to say that an external force (their illness) controls outcomes instead of their own decision making. Of course, their "illness" and decision making are one and the same.
