@edjenx From a refereeing perspective all is done correctly here. At this level with TMO, if it’s going to be a clear score you allow play to continue. He asked TMO to check the pass. He says pass is good. They awarded. Obviously TMO got it wrong but onfield have followed their protocol

@MamaMichaelax We use patient in our acute setting but when I worked in the community I would always ask how someone would like to be referred to. No surprise that calling people by their name was a strong number 1. I’ve had plenty of people like the term service user and more who hate it.
