@DrAmirKhanGP 2/ I called back as I knew pharmacies would be closing, told they are on 12 noon calls and I'd be called ASAP, went to bed at 1am thinking it would be next day, 4am I got a call, I ended up apologising for raking up an appointment, I felt so sorry for the Dr/Nurse on the phone 2/

@DrAmirKhanGP On Saturday afternoon 2.30pm I unfortunately had to contact my out of hours surgery, I needed antibiotics for a UTI, pharmacy couldn't have as I am a 'complex' case,reaccuring UTI, I know my symptoms and when I need meds, told I'd get a triage call in a few hours, at 8pm 1/

@RichyCraven I used to be a customer service manager in the food hall in M&S many years ago, reading this brought back many happy memories, loved Christmas Eve staff shop, we did departments out of a hat on who could shop first, Turkeys £4, desserts £1, Vegas Boxes £1, those were the days!
