Issue 1 would effectively stop citizen groups from getting any issue in front of voters, taking away our right to make lasting change to our government.

@davidhogg111 65. In the 70’s tuition for a state school (tuition,room and board) cost me roughly $1000/quarter. I paid for it with a summer job paying $4/hour. Following an extended stay for a Masters Degree, I ended with $1,500 in loans. I have thanked Jimmy Carter many times over.
