@thenorthface received our returns on 28th Nov, assuming 10 working days as per refund policy we should of received refund 13th December - we are still waiting! Keep being told we will be called to escalate this, no phone call! Who can help us please, this is not acceptable!
@SportsDirectFR I have received email this afternoon from Evri to say they are expecting my parcel from Sport direct - hurrah! Have to say your ordering system is shocking and causes a lot of stress with its lack of communication when the order has been placed!
@JohnLewisRetail really disappointed today, an item in my order was cancelled by ‘a robot’ apparently but was told could reorder, then get same phone call again to say same thing happened again! Now £112 out of pocket whilst wait for refund! Not good enough!
@VueHelp Hi there we tried that whilst speaking to someone on phone, they said only solution is to book in person! Seats were getting booked up on line so ended up going to Odeon! This issue needs resolving else our Lloyds vouchers are useless ☹️
