Rep. Jim Jordan confronted ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Jones in a Congressional hearing with direct questions about the Democrat fundraising platform’s handling of suspicious contributions.

“Your board chairman said ActBlue accepted up to 38 million contributions in 2024 that had the signs of foreign origin. How much fraud is too much fraud?” Rep. Jordan asked.

Wallace-Jones answered by pleading the Fifth: “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.”

Rep. Jordan followed up: “How many foreign contributions did ActBlue accept on the advice of counsel?”

She pleaded the Fifth again.

Rep. Jordan then asked: “How much money did ActBlue accept from Russia?”

The CEO once more invoked her Fifth Amendment rights.

Rep. Jordan pressed further: “Why did your entire legal team quit? Your in-house legal team...”

Wallace-Jones took the Fifth a fourth time rather than answer.

The top executive at ActBlue, the main vehicle for processing billions in donations to Democrat causes and candidates, declined to address questions about massive numbers of contributions flagged for foreign origin and the departure of the company’s legal team.🙄🤨
