@HarvardPilgrim why does it take 9 months for a provider to get paid for claims you’ve approved and why has this happened to the point my provider is dropping me? Maybe if I start going to the emergency room every day I’ll be able to get a phone call back.

@HarvardPilgrim gave me a prior authorization for a medication that I’ve been stable on for a year. Then proceeds to continuously approve and mark as paid my claims WHILE NOT PAYING MY PROVIDER. Months and months of run around and lies and now I’ve been off treatment for weeks.
