@AdvisorJohn I did. I was surprised for less costly house meant a higher insurance premium. Feels like they were trying to make up some ground or something.
@nickgerli1 My appraisal (without any fighting or anything) came in at $320K, I bought the house for $365K in early 2024. So prices definitely falling fast.
@texasrunnerDFW@blakestonks Iβm begging for price drops in housing. I finally gave up on timing the eventual crash and bought 2 years ago again. Give me lower evaluations so I can drop my Texas property taxes and insurance.
@StealthQE4 When youβre told stocks only go up and the government intervenes anytime it goes down 1% then I imagine you would want to invest heavily to avoid getting to retirement age and have nothing
@texasrunnerDFW@NickTimiraos At what point does todayβs rates appear as below the neutral target if employment rate is good and inflation is above 2%, and not moving towards 2%β¦ neutral rate seems to be higher if you stop using the fed as a tool to boost the stock market
