It's really important that everyone has their voice heard this General Election. If you, or someone you know, have no fixed address, you can still register to vote. The government has released new guidelines on this today, which can be found at: https://t.co/JSIFEWXYi8

"Without Your Place's support, I wouldn't be where I am. I struggled being around others which made me feel anxious, but being here has helped me to challenge myself and tackle this. I now feel so much more confident and have made some nice friendships with others living here."
"Just days after the government's own report on the significant 27% increase in rough sleeping, it is deeply disappointing that the #SpringBudget fails to address the UK's homelessness emergency." - @AmandaDubarry, CEO. Read the full response here: https://t.co/Tv5PG1mWci

Maria, a resident of Your Place, said "“Football has helped me get through some tough times in the past, and I used to love playing the game. It was wicked to meet Ben – it was really nice for him to give up his time, and it really lifted all of our spirits.”

Homelessness is not a lifestyle choice, and you cannot end rough sleeping by taking away the only protection people have from the weather, people will die. You can end it by working with the homelessness sector.
We have joined together with homelessness charities to write to the Home Secretary @SuellaBraverman. Sleeping rough is not a lifestyle choice. We're calling on the government to urgently reverse the decision to ban tents to prevent people from dying on our streets.
"Savings would be found in housing, the health, social, homeless & criminal justice services, unemployment, & children’s lost education"
This is why we need a long-term plan for housing. Building #SocialHousing drives growth & also provides a foundation for communities to thrive
The Kerslake Commission Report says that the government will not meet its target of ending rough sleeping by 2024. Our Impact Report looks at how our teams work with people individually towards being empowered again after homelessness: https://t.co/7pUWAXetbt
