@HeroDividend My first thought is….how often does it happen? I can’t fathom sending an email on first offense, but if continual there a legal concept. Once you allow a behavior without correcting it after a bit then it becomes the “Norm” which prohibits disciplinary actions legally

Morning it could be another week of r longer and with temps dropping to Zero this weekend it can be dangerous. Go to warming shelters. The alerts go off on my phone all the time. I get the frustration I was right there too. But the wheel is broken and only you can take care
