@HMRCcustomers I’ve taken to SM as I’ve already spoken to someone at HMRC who said they get this all the time. They assured my daughter they could send out a dated letter which would take 15 working days. The letter duly arrived - no date on that one either 🤦🏻‍♀️

@HMRCcustomers Why don’t you date the NI letter you send out to teens? My 16 year old daughter is trying to open a bank account and the bank won’t accept the letter as there’s no date on it!

@HMRCcustomers Tell that to the banks! I’ve spoken to two and looked at terms and conditions for several other banks and they ALL require a dated letter for proof of address. Which brings me back to my original question… why can’t HMRC just date the letter in the first place???

Why is it so difficult to open a @StarlingBank account for a 16 year old? Most 16 year olds only have a NI letter as proof of address and because @HMRCgovuk don’t date the letter, the bank doesn’t accept it 🤦🏻‍♀️

@cryptomum77 @garethicke My mum’s cataract operation got cancelled because she tested positive and had no symptoms whatsoever! The PCR test can detect the virus but can’t tell if you’re infectious…
