@catherine_ElleW Yeah but it’s not even about that. If I had gotten in line and been beat out to tickets fair and square, it would be one thing. I knew all tickets would sell out quickly either way. But the fact that I had countless sets of tickets and lost them due to errors is my problem.

Taylor Swift’s tour sale is a perfect example of how the Live Nation/Ticketmaster merger harms consumers by creating a near-monopoly. I’ve long urged DOJ to investigate the state of competition in the ticketing industry. Consumers deserve better than this anti-hero behavior.
