Earl nails it. The Yankees CAN’T let Skubal go to any of the Dodgers, Braves, Brewers, Rays, etc. They would have a hard time beating them in a 7 game series

If the Yankees acquire Skubal, they would only have to acquire 1 RP because both Warren and Weathers would go to the bullpen and Schmidt too when he returns in August. They can use other trade chips for Ryan Jeffers and an INF

Skubal-Schlittler-Cole-Fried in the playoffs would literally be INSANE. Rodon in the pen could be scary too
