I want no part in Mormon hate or anything other than pointing out their obvious collusion in this particular instance because it’s not a good look for the community to be represented in this way. I have friends who are Mormon and I’m not blaming them for this, but I am calling on them to talk to their temple Leaders to help open dialogue so that perhaps cooler heads can prevail in Ben’s case.

I’m here for it! You know they are looking to settle by bringing in the top Attorneys from BYU and throwing around big money in the complaint. If I was an attorney, which I’m not, but I did go pre-law in college and was a licensed insurance agent with legal contract and ethics training, I wouldn’t touch this case. They have no credibility or evidence based on what I read in the full documents. Threats due to viral videos? Ben just dropped his FIRST video 12 days ago.

There is no other “viral” videos on this (I looked) that they can point to other than this one I have posted below. Calls? Better have recordings with phone numbers outside of Utah. Trespass? Ben was there to legally have on conversation, that the court in Oregon demands, and to serve him legal papers while he sat in the car on a public road. There are no other evidentiary documents or videos or recordings of anything they will “offer as evidence” unless it’s a bunch of AI slop Ammon and his bro came up with in 10 minutes before contacting their attorneys. 😂

Because that LEGO collection continues to gain value every year it’s held. Or there is something IN that particular collection of the Mansells that BaM lowballed the estimated value on and they wanted it for their own, so they launched a Franchise Asset Seizure, without public disclosure, and TOOK it. That is the only reasonable explanation I can give. LEGO Star Wars discontinued sets are Hugely Valuable over many other collections. Just saying.

I hope you’re right! That’s why we are BLASTING this out here. Can’t just call up the Mormon church and start harassing them, because that’s unacceptable. That being said: “Someones” needs to hold these jerks accountable. Period. All of them should be admonished and counseled to drop the lawsuit against Ben and pay Brian his due.
