@ATT you are actually negligent in how you handle safety concerns. There is an AT&T wire dangling over the road outside my house and every time I contact I am shuffled to closed departments or can’t get through your robocall. Called every day for the last 4 days….

@AirCanada Lost our iPad on a flight. Subsequently watched it go to two further destinations and then end up in Toronto a week ago. Despite being able to give the exact location at Air Canada lost and Found terminal 1, no one is able to help…
