If you earn it, income tax
If you live somewhere, property tax
If you spend it, sales tax
If you save it, inflation tax
If you invest it, capital gains tax
If you start a business, licenses
If you own a good business, profit tax
If you give it away, gift tax
If you die, inheritance tax

The Cheesecake Factory is posting record breaking profits, while also drastically increasing the size of their cheesecake slices

- Their most recent annual revenue was $3.752 billion in 2025
- This was a record high, up 4.75% from $3.582 billion in 2024

There is no reason to decrease sizes when you are seeing record revenues. This is textbook corporate greed

The Rio Grande River in Arizona is completely dry in many locations

They don’t want you to know, the majority of this water has been sold off over the past 5 years

- A huge amount goes to agriculture, about 87%
- Mexico gets an enormous amount of the water because of the US-Mexico Water Treaty

Mexico is supposed to send about 1/3 of the water from certain rivers that flow into the Rio Grande to the US, mainly for Texas farmers

- Minimum: Average of 350,000 acre-feet per year or 1.75 million over 5 years.
- Mexico keeps the other 2/3 of that water for its own farms and cities
- The US sends Mexico a lot of water from the Colorado River about 1.5 million acre feet per year

During 2020-2025 Mexico only delivered about 50% of the water it owed to the United States at the end of the 5 year period

Mexico continues to keep way more than their agreed share

- ‘The Maine Trust for Local News’ is a subsidiary of ‘The National Trust for Local News’, which is a Colorado-based nonprofit founded in 2021 to acquire local newspapers

In 2023, The National Trust for Local News acquired the former Masthead Maine group which included these papers and consolidated them under the Maine Trust.

George Soros is the funder of The National Trust for Local News which now owns them all

George Soros is buying up American media, even local newspapers using nonprofits no one would think to look into
