@EMPoisonPharmD At Joe’s we actually have the IN narcan that we dispense in the ED. The whole program was a collaboration between an MDs masters project and a NP students project. Have a properly built outpatient label and they always get consulted by a pharmacist, even if it’s by phone on 3rd.

Simple physics! Blood flow dependent on radius^4 (Poiseuille’s equation) small ↓ in radius = big ↑ flow resistance= ↓ SV if contractile force is same! #FOAMed
