@Sidneybrewer_1 This is 100% true. Robinhood F’ed me and froze my account after trying to withdraw my crypto. They eventually sold everything at a lose before returning my money. It also took getting the SEC involved and a month and half. Heed the warning and good luck

@WilliamRobks I accepted my loss with MTGOX and no longer have anything. With Robinhood I have the whole email chain and statements still in my email account

@axctrading @BullrunnersHQ After that they completely froze my account and gave me the run around for over a week before they locked me out from accessing the help section in the app. I tried calling but it said I could only get help through the app that I was locked out of. Luckily I had an email chain

@axctrading @BullrunnersHQ I had an account with them for over five years and never had an issue but as soon as I decided to pull my crypto they froze my account after the second transaction. A few days later I could make small transactions of a few hundred dollars but nowhere near the 5k daily limit.

@ISABELLALW01 No I haven’t. After the SEC emailed me saying that they were contacting Robinhood I ended up getting my money but at a loss because they sold all of my crypto. Luckily the stocks I had with them were transferred without selling them.

@davidmshayrz Everything in MTGOX was a complete loss because I converted my BC to another crypto and it wasn’t covered in the settlement agreement that paid out for BC loss. I took a loss from Robinhood because they sold my crypto before finally transferring my money

@BullrunnersHQ I couldn’t agree more. I lost a lot with MTGOX years ago then as soon as I started transferring my XRP from Robinhood they froze my account. After getting the SEC and an attorney involved they finally sold all of my crypto at a loss before transferring my money to my bank account
