Yup. My mother got COVID late October 2022 at a post acute care. They waited about 4 days before testing and by then was too late to give her paxlovid or other treatments. She fought for almost a month but we had to take her off the life support November 18th.

I've had it with it being the norm now for companies to have absolutely zero customer service. Everything you need to do takes 10x longer than it should because you cannot get anybody on a phone. They make you chat with robots, or go through endless phone trees only to connect...

@PublicStorage Hi long time customer here. Very happy with my unit at PS facility in So Calif, however not liking the changes regarding (NO) customer service, having to make appts, waiting on hold forever & never getting a live person is really sucking.

Also needed to rent short-term unit in NoCal, but process is too frustrating (can't get a hold of anyone) and I am told I don't qualify for any promotions because I'm already a customer in SoCal. So you penalize your existing customers? Seems really stupid.
