@WhereYuiponIs @AVA_airasia Oh that is not very nice of Air Asia. Hard to contact and unhelpful. They basically just took my money, giving me credits that I am unable to use. Such a fraud.

@AVA_airasia Please allow me to use my TRAVEL VOUCHER to buy Premium Economy seats because we previously bought Premium Ecomony seats and flights were cancelled and travel voucher given. So why can't I use my well deserved travel voucher for premium economy seats?!
