@TotalWine A 37 minute phone call and two additional trips to the store, a replacement card is in hand. I wish it would have been handled on my first trip! Apparently it could have been per the rep I spoke to. Frustrating process but happy outcome.
@TotalWine Cashier at the #towson#maryland store scratched off my PIN number with a knife. There there is no pin. Card had value in it ($100) and apparently unusable. HELP!
