🔍 26 RCTs (10K+ pts) show NO significant ↑ in MACE, VTE, or CV events with JAKis (tofa, upa, filgo, etc.) vs placebo in UC/CD.
Dose caveats: Tofa 5mg BID slight MACE nudge; Upa 30mg VTE trend. But Deucra? Cuts VTE/CV risks by 97%! Safest rank.
Reassuring for IBD docs—JAKs viable, esp low-risk pts.
