@kaslanalovesyou yep. but other than the two options i recommend prototype animus because im pretty sure its the best weapon for chongyun for dps

@kaslanalovesyou physical damage stacks on top of your basic attack, but it cancels out because of chong's ice, so his base attack would be more useful then rather than his physical

@kaslanalovesyou Chongyun uses his E then his attacks becomes cryo and needs cryo damage bonus not physical.

Blessing of the Welkin Moon or Gnostic Hymn? I want to be able to save for Baal once she gets released, so I'm eyeing the Welkin's Moon, but on the other hand, Gnostic Hymn does give exp books and I kinda need them for when I reach AR50. I can only afford one because I'm broke :(
