RECRUITMENT OF HS PLAYERS

I always find it necessary to inform players and parents on the changing landscape of College Basketball and recruiting. There are layers to everything, Rick Pitino coming out the other day and saying they aren’t recruiting any hs players this year is significant bc it signifies a change in the landscape.
Does that mean no HS players are being recruited, no… but when change happens at the top, there probably needs to be some change that happens below it. So HS players and parents really need to lock in and look how they are spending their time and money, as well as think seriously about what the new path to and of college basketball looks like!
