@Hermesparcels I returned a £329 camera lens to a shop for a refund. I bought your next day postage online, took it to a drop off shop & printed a label. It took 3 days to arrive. When opened the lens had been stolen and replaced with a 3 pack of men’s briefs. Absolutely fuming.

@rutho67 @Hermesparcels Ah that sucks. Sorry to hear it. I used them as I was very busy with work... the drop off & print label service is very convenient. Well, it would be if the item I sent didn’t get stolen which has caused me a huge amount of inconvenience and the loss of £334.95.

@Hermesparcels I managed to speak to someone @ Hermes, they said they could do nothing as “photographic equipment isn’t covered for compensation”. So you can just steal items that aren’t covered then?! Wow, truly disgusting. One of your staff is a thief. CONTACT ME!!
