@RogersHistory Sometimes ‘just about managing’ means exactly that - just about managing to be in school is probably enough - don’t need the minor barrier of not having a pen bundled on top of all the other pressures that you might be having to manage. (This also is not a problem in primaries)

@thosethatcan Consider what you are planning to deliver at ‘work heavy’ times. Think about whether the content you are planning to deliver and the associated resourcing/marking/organising is going to add to your workload. If it is, could there be an alternative?
