@adoldesa My boss was talking about installing solar panels today which reminded me of an article I read a few years ago about your work. I was wondering if there has been any progress towards public availability?
@CodingBlocks I recently started listening and love the show. I’ve been going through the backlog and think it’s hilarious hearing Mr. JAM stack @THEjoezack constantly hating on JavaScript.
@ClintSmithIII To be clear, I think a great deal of our current policy is absurd, but I think these are valid questions regardless of where you land on the philosophical debate.
@ClintSmithIII 3 questions: When the money starts getting handed out, who decides who gets it? How do you keep people who are capable of supporting themselves to continue doing so? When you start taking all the money from those who produce it, do you think they will continue to produce it?
Have to give credit to the guys at the .NET Rocks podcast for bringing this to my attention. They did an episode all about user experience and it was almost like listening to an episode of Boagworld in an American accent with no bad joke at the end.
@boagworld Apparently so many teams are representing themselves as agile that the U. S. Department of Defense has issued a document on how filter out the ones that are lying about being agile. Thought you would enjoy https://t.co/W74EsxiWX1
@superhighfives I’ve just used your post on deploying a Rails 5 API with Create React App on Heroku as a guideline and found it wonderfully helpful. I was wondering if there is any way to reference the Heroku config variables from the embedded React app? Thanks!
Looking for a solution to access @heroku config variable from a @reactjs app that is nested in a @rails app. The React app was generated with @createreactapp. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
@wycats I’ve had decent success with the volumetrics diet by Barbara Rolls. Her academic career is based on the effect of low calorie density diets and her recipes are very meat inclusive
I noticed that one of the hurdles people face early on while learning to code is how arguments work so I wrote a blog post to try and shed some light on the subject https://t.co/UfknjBA8QJ
@ThorntonBrenden@FlatironSchool You are absolutely solid. No one ever knows everything, especially not when it comes to coding. You have a good foundation and the ability to effectively gather any additional information you need. People pay for that.
