@superhighfives I’ve just used your post on deploying a Rails 5 API with Create React App on Heroku as a guideline and found it wonderfully helpful. I was wondering if there is any way to reference the Heroku config variables from the embedded React app? Thanks!

Looking for a solution to access @heroku config variable from a @reactjs app that is nested in a @rails app. The React app was generated with @createreactapp. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@wycats I’ve had decent success with the volumetrics diet by Barbara Rolls. Her academic career is based on the effect of low calorie density diets and her recipes are very meat inclusive
